Room service, room facilities satisfactory. Staff cooperative and courteous. Laundry services were unsatisfactory as it could not accommodate middle of the week arrivals.

Loved everything about the stay. The location was close to many museums and dining options. We stayed in a room with panaramic view of canal, beautiful. The self checkout snack shop was convenient. Staff is helpful and friendly.
