Don’t be put off by the overall look outside, it was clean comfortable and great for getting around on trams or buses Friendly and helpful staff. A bar and food a quick walk away, there was a film playing in the square when we were there I would definitely stay there again

The hotel is okay, but some of the facilities are poorly designed. The shower we had bad drainage, and water kept on pooling near the toilet and the sink as well. We could hear people outside the room, especially because there was a large group of teenagers who were staying on our floor. If you need a bed for the night, this place is a good cheap option

Our stay here was amazing! The rooms were clean, had everything you needed, well thought out use of space and spacious for a capsule style hotel. Fun touches of colour! Outside the room, the staff were friendly and helpful, loved that they had internal food options ( breakfast and vending machine ) and an external laundry!

Stay away

Location is awful. No nearby shops. Next to an abounded building. You hear the doors slam in the morning and at night. No ice machine. If you need to use the hair dryer, you must return it right away. Close to public transportation, however after midnight it’s not available. Probably better off staying at a hostel.

Great place for its price. Very friendly staff. Tram stop is walking distance away where you can take tram #5 and get to the city centre. Grocery store is 20 mins away. Breakfast for €5 definitely worth it!

Traveled to Amsterdam for the IBC conference. This time of year, most hotels double their prices because of the significant demand for rooms. I was very pleased to discover the Diamond Capsule Hotel. Great price, easy access to the RAI from the hotel, friendly and helpful staff.

Modern and very clean property. Rooms are strategically designed, although small, comfortable to sleep and rest. The place is maintained well. Security is good in regards to entrances into each level and area. Noise can be a slight issue if there are rowdy people within the same area.

Once you know what to expect, it is really excellent option for a budget stay if you don’t mind 20-25 min commute to the centre. The modern design and comfy bed helps overcome the size limitations lol!

The hotel is pretty much in the middle of nowhere and the area looks a bit dodgy (it’s right beside a huge derelict building) so you’re pretty much confined to the hotel and having ramen from the vending machines for dinner. That said, the room was pretty cool. Extremely small but the bathroom was big and it was fine for one night. The bed was clean and comfy but the floors could have done with a sweep. Word of advice, if you are over 40, over-weight or height adverse, do NOT get an upper bunk. Very scary to climb up and down.

Value for money was good, the place is a bit far from the nearest Tram station, so be ready to walk 15 min. Still, it was nice and a cheap clean place to drop into after a full day out doing touristy stuff.

I'll go 4 out of 5, no issues with the place. Pros - very quiet area, nice staff, comfy bed, great shower, great value. Cons - very small rooms, very thin walls, luckily my neighbour was quite quiet, not much nearby. Overall thought great value, lovely surroundings, nice fields & walkways nearby but not too much else, so it's great if you want peace & quiet area wise, think was 25 ish mins walk to Metrolink then about 15 mins to Amsterdam Central station on very frequent transport.

The property is good for a short transit stay. Rooms are clean and internet is good. There are few things which can be taken care of like provision of a TV in the room and airport shuttle, may be on a paid basis. This will surely improve the status of the property. The transportation from airport to hotel is very cumbersome for a new-comer. Airport shuttle will surely address this issue.

my stay at the hotel was pretty good, I liked the style and architecture of the property and room in general it was small, minimalistic and cozy for a capsule hotel, it was super clean overall and the staff were super nice!
