The property is located in a quiet area of Amsterdam, away from the tourist area of downtown. There is a tram and metro stop nearby. The morning breakfast is outstanding. However, the beds are not very comfortable. Small and not supportive.

We had a hiccup at first, with our room electricity not working with the card. However, they made it right immediately and moved us into another room (nicer as well). The staff was friendly and the are was safe and near a lot of places we wanted to visit.

Staffs are very welcoming and nice. Our room is very clean and comfortable. The location is 10-20 mins walk from tourist attractions. I highly recommend the place.

It would be nice to have a refrigerator. It was not easy to adjust the heat in the room.
