The hotel of located at good area, mostly close to everything. Rooms are big, spacious and clean. Check in was super easy, friendly staff, lovely buffet brekkie. The only thing I would like to highlight is that, the bathroom in my room was a step high from the room floor, because of this uneven floor, unfortunately I had a fall within 15 min of entering my room. I fell on the floor outside the bathroom and hurt my left side of body, the most impacted areas were left shoulder, left elbow and wrist. Though the staff was helpful and provided the ice pack but then no incident report was written.

The inside room I had was too hot. Even when the heating engineers turned the thermostat down it remained too hot for me to sleep. I was then moved to another room which had an outside window which kept the room cool at night.

Had to change rooms for times. Booked a junior suite. Definitely not worth the money. First room bed right next to the lift shaft. Second room over receition where the music comes on at 7.30. 3rd room no heating and tv broke. 4th room smelt like someone had been sick. It has been cleaned up but I ended up staying there so I could watch tv. Asked staff member to recommend a nearby hotel with a spa - he said “no”. Will never stay in a blue raddison again.

Great location and close to most of tourist attractions. The breakfast is amazing. Nice my visit was in the winter when sunset is early I recommend adding more lights and lamps in the room.

Lets be clear - This is 5 Stars if your'e staying here to get a decent sized, clean, comfortable room on a quiet street central to everything. Just don't get the breakfast (2 Stars). If you're staying here for exceptional service, night atmosphere and amenities, look on the other side of the square and pay a little.more. I traveled solo, this place was perfect for a 2 day 1st time trip to.Amsterdam. USA NFL lovers, Coco's was a killer place to catch all the games (8min walk).

A great hotel to stay at when exploring Amsterdam.
