Nous avons apprécié l’endroit. Le bateau navette vers la gare centrale et le centre d Amsterdam est à 15 minutes à pied. La communication avec le staff se fait par message ou appel téléphonique. Le staff a été très réactif à nos questions

L'appartement se trouve à 10min à peine du centre ville en taxi. Nous avions booké 2 appartement entre amis, nous étions au dernier étage, sur le même palier. Les appartements sont très confortables et propre. Je recommande vivement !

Initial access to property was difficult. Instructions were not timely and when received did not include how to access the external door to reach the safe where the physical key was located, so had to use international plan to call the property contact. Location of property was good. Bus to free ferry to and from Amsterdam Centraal ran every 30 mins. The ferry was every 4 mins and took very little time to cross. Apartment had a separate toilet without sink which was a little strange (sink was in another bathroom with the shower) so although it technically had two bathrooms there were some usability challenges. Signage on door in our apartment needed updating (wifi access info was invalid). One plus was the washer/dryer combo machine but we had some issues with the drying feature and there was no manual to troubleshoot whether it was user or machine error. Place was very clean and beds were comfy. TV had good choices including Netflix. Kitchen facilities a definite plus. We were able to make our own breakfast. Overall, apartment itself was very comfortable and family rates it very highly despite the issues noted. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Nice property. Trying to find the exact local was a little challenging but not a big deal. I definitely recommend this property if you are traveling with kids

The apartment is fully equipped with the things we needed. It’s a great place to stay if you’re here for a long time. The closest grocery store would be the one close to the ferry which is a 20 minute walk from here.

We loved our stay at YAYS, the apartment was beautiful and very clean. Four of us stayed and it fitted us all well. Great amenities and tea/coffee provided. The beautiful balcony was a bonus! I slept on the sofa bed and it was very comfortable. Thank you so much for our stay 😊

Not possible to enter

I could not check in online - tried to call - no andwer. Sent an e-mail. Reply was that i should go to a hotel in the other end of Amsterdam - 35 Euro one way by Uber, to check in. We tried 5 people including our IT manager to check in via the link - but not possible at all. Result - paid but cpuld not enter the place…….

As we are a non-concierge location and do not have a reception on site, we require that all our guests over 16 years old fill out an online check-in form before arrival. In the rare occasions they are not able to do this, we also offer the option to do the check-in process in-person, at our closeby sister location with staff on site.
