The house has all the amenities that you need--strong Wi-Fi, central A/C, lots of options for watching TV/movies, grilling, playing pool, swimming in the pool/hot tub, cooking, laundry, and more. All in a safe and quiet environment. Everything has been comfortable and the house is well-stocked. A Clean, Safe and Efficient Hub for college remote study. So talk to your friends and come remote study together.

Located in a very quiet and safe cul-de-sac, this vacation home is a very short walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center, just 0.8 miles, 8-10 minutes walk. 1.5 Miles to Downtown Disney. 25 minutes drive to Huntington Beach or Newport Beach. Grocery Store Food 4 Less at Katella Ave. Walmart neighbor store within 1 mile, Costco Warehouse about 4-5 miles. Location is great! UBer is very convenient, just $6 for 5 people one way to or from Disneyland.

Please note that City of Anaheim has very strict Noise Control Policy, so please be quiet between 10:00 PM--09:00 AM (QUIET TIME) and don't disturb neighbors during your stay. City collects Trash on Tuesday, so please move 3 trash bins outside gate at curb of street Monday evening and move back Tuesday evening. Please park at driveway, 3 car parking space available. There're Rental Rules at Property (on bulletin board), online at HomeAway/VRBO mobile hospitality and attached on Rental Agreement.

Great Location to Disney
This property was perfect for our family of mixed ages. Lots of space where everyone could spread out. Walk was 25 minutes to Downtown Disney. Safe neighborhood and location. Host is responsive and great to work with. Thank you for a great trip. We would definitely come back and stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was equipped with all the amenities needed. Large space, entertainment and clean house. Location was great as well. Quiet neighborhood, quick drive to Disney area or to highway to go out for more adventure. Definitely would recommend!

The house was clean and close to disney land but when we arrived there were some things left in the fridge and when we went to use the towels they smelled like mildew over all there was plenty of space for our group of 10 and our stay was comfortable.

Perfect location
The home was easy to find and was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was plenty spacious for our group of nine. We enjoyed the living room with plenty of seating and pool table. The kitchen/dining area fit our needs nicely. Plenty of blankets and towels for the lot of us. Will stay again when in the area.

Roger is a great host! Tends to needs promptly - hot tub pump died on our first night and he had it fixed the next day! Exceptional. House is great size for relaxing after long days. Beds are super comfy. All the amenities of home. Location is very convenient to get to parks and shopping.

Disney Vacation with Grandma!
The host was amazing to work with and always responded quickly! We had an early flight and we were able to leave our luggage at the hose early and explore Cali without taking the luggage super nice! The house was clean and smelled amazing when we walked in! There was lots of space so we didn’t feel like we were cramped! I would highly recommend staying here!

Granddaughter’s First family vacation and trip to Disneyland
Clean home with lots of space for everyone. We would definitely book again in the future. Convenient short drive to Disneyland. Host is very responsive. Kitchen blender was found broken and a new one arrived within a few hours. Kids had a lot of fun playing on the swings outside. Unfortunately the fort had a lot of webs and and some spiders so they had to stay off of that.

Awesome property and location!!
My family of 5 ( with three kids age 3,6, and 9) along with 3 grandparents stayed at this property for our Disneyland vacation. This property was perfect for us! The house was very clean, everything worked. The owner had excellent communication with us throughout our stay and clearly wanted to make sure our stay was pleasant. We rented a vehicle and parked at the Toy Story parking lot each day we went to the park which was less than a 5 minute drive. The neighborhood was nice and we felt very safe!! Definitely recommend!

Location, Amenities and Space
We really enjoyed our stay at this home! Having never gone the home rental route for a Disney trip after coming down for 25+ years, we weren’t sure what to expect. This is a great size house for our group of five adults, and could easily comfortably fit several more. The owner is extremely easy to work with and communicative. We loved the hot tub and outdoor space, and were particularly grateful to be able to house our bags in the garage after check out on the last day. Game changer for us. We loved the quiet and super charming neighborhood, the stocked linen closet, the laundry set up with soap, the pool table and the comfy leather couches. We didn’t realize until our last day that the garage was such a nice space too, so definitely check that out. While we didn’t need them, the cribs and high chair and overall kid friendliness was great to see. As far as opportunities for improvement, the beds outside of the primary bedroom could use an update. They’re a little hard and squeaky. The guest bathroom shower head was so low it was hard to get a good rinse. But for the price point, these are all things we easily got past. Not only is this property a perfect distance from the parks, it’s accessible to multiple entrances which we loved. I highly recommend Disney travelers take an Uber to the downtown Disney entrance and hop on the monorail. It’s a closer Uber and a much more enjoyable experience. We loved this stay and will absolutely be back!!

Host very responsive.
Our host was very responsive when we notified him of a Wifi connection issue. When he could not fix it remotely he came over with in 30 minutes to get it fixed. Great location- about 7 minutes from Disney resort by car.
