Towels amd bed sheets staines dirty. Shower did not work properly. Couldn't shut off

This hotel is terrible. If i could give less than 1 star, I would. My family and I arrived to the hotel and when we were given a key to the room we immediately noticed how filthy the room was. It had clearly not been cleaned, the baseboards were black, dead bolt on the door was broken, dead roaches on the floor. We approached the man in the office who had given us the room. He asked if we wanted to see another room, at this point we already knew we would be leaving due to the obvious cockroach issue. We looked at the other room anyways, it was just as filthy. The pictures this hotel shows are nothing like what you see when you arrive. The Manager refused to give us a full refund because of their nonsense policy. "We would have had to ha e cancelled the day prior tk the reservation to recieve a full refund" My question to him was how are we supposed to know to cancel under these circumstances. Upon arrival to LA we had every intention of staying at this hotel until we saw the disgusting conditions of this hotel. Which is the only reason we cancelled. This place is the true Definition of ROACH MOTEL. I highly suggest you do not fall for these pictures. Save your money go somewhere else!!!
