Nice hotel, has a hot tub and heated pool although no towels. Easy free parking. Was a little loud our room was by the stairs. 2 blocks to Disney

Whether this includes a room in a different location, or one of our team members addressing the concern directly. Our front desk staff is available 24 hours per day. The hotel provides towels to our guests directly. While there are not towels in the pool area, we are happy to deliver towels to the room after our guests have visited the pool and pick up any used towels at the same time. The Castle Inn & Suites is one of the only hotels within walking distance of the parks to offer Free Parking, Free Wi Fi, and No Resort Fees. We hope you have found a new favorite place to stay and your next Disneyland Vacation is right around the corner!

Staff was very friendly, was mot overly noises, being on a busy street. Very clean and everything needed within walking distance.

施設は古いですが、ディズニーランドから近く歩いて１０分ほどです。
午前１０時に着いたのですが、１２時にアーリーチェックインできました。スタッフはとても親切です。
裏側にガーデンウォークというレストラン街があり、とても便利です。

As one of the only hotels within walking distance to the Disneyland Resort to provide free parking for one vehicle per room, free Wi Fi in the room, and No Resort Fees, it is the perfect choice for families visiting the parks. As mentioned there are many other things in the Resort Area within walking distance of the hotel. The Garden Walk shopping center, the Anaheim Convention Center, the House of Blues, and Downtown Disney are just a few other places you can visit within a short walk. We hope to see you again soon!

The location is pretty good about 10 minutes from Downtown Disney. The beds and pillows were decent. The hotel is old, and needs an update. It smells old, looks old. It was hard to get the hot water to be good in the shower, the the plug didn't work. Good thing going to Disneyland you don't spend to much time in the room. Also no safe in the room. And there was no towels at the pool.

The hotel has safe deposit boxes located at the front desk that are free of charge to use. We provide towels for our guests to use, we are happy to deliver fresh towels to the room and pick up any used ones during the stay. The location of the hotel is one of the best to be found, right across the street from the Disneyland Resort. There is no better value to be found, with free parking, free Wi Fi, and No Resort Fees. We hope you come back to stay with us again some time and we can provide you an even better experience.

Location perfect for Disneyland, less than ten minutes walk. Rooms are large and well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Reception staff and very friendly and helpful.
