Charming Anaheim Home 1/2 Mile Walk to Disney

Charming upgraded Anaheim home is a half-mile walk to the Disneyland tram on Magic Way. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfect for a family. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an on-suite. Two children's bedrooms have full-over-full bunk beds and access to the hall bathroom. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. All bedrooms have a 43-inch plasma TV.

Partial open-concept kitchen with family and dining room. The kitchen has granite countertops and custom paneled cabinetry with stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Located in the kitchen closet is a full-size washer and dryer for your use. The dining room seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The main living room has a 51' plasma TV and a blue-ray/DVD player.

Located off of the family room is the game room in the garage. There is ping pong, air hockey, toys, strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and a booster seat for your infants and toddlers. Beautiful backyard with a wooden patio deck, natural gas grill, BBQ, and children BRAND NEW children's playset. Eff. 05/22/2024.

The home has wireless high-speed internet. Central heating and air conditioning. Nice short walk to Disney.

This house SLEEPS 9 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 9 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 2. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

We loved the house and location. The check in process is way more difficult than a normal vrbo stay. You have to fill out extensive paperwork and confirm identities of all staying in the home. We are renting a home for a couple days….not buying it.

Great house close to Disneyland
We stayed at Destination #30 with family for a Disneyland trip and it was perfect. The rental company with very communicative and responded quickly with the few questions I had. The property was is close enough to walk to the park if you wanted to get a few more steps in for the day. It was also close to stores and restaurants. The house was stocked with all the basics you would need while there. The kids loved to pool and the game room. There were also multiple stroller options to use (including two double strollers). This is definitely a property we would stay at again in the future.

Our Disney Vacation
I would say that over all the location was pretty good. There were just a few things to mention. On the inside, the home was great except that the drain in the 2nd bathroom didn't drain and we had to call you twice to have someone come out and take care of it. The first person who came used Draino, and that didn't work. The second time I guess they had to call in a plumber. That seemed to work. The other issue was that the outdoor play area in the backyard was very dirty, water pooling at the bottom of the slide, lots of spider webs and the over all equipment needed a good cleaning. Sadly my grandson was never able to use it. I know someone came out to clean it, but when I took a look at it the next day, there were still spider webs and dirt on the slide and parts of the jungle gym. I will say that they did come out on a timely manner. The neighborhood was for the most part quiet, except on Friday night, the neighbors kitty corner to us were having a party that ended around midnight. Other than that we were extremely happy.

Clean, Calm and Close!
This property was a great find! The home was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and the short walking distance to Disney was perfect. The wood flooring is creaky, which was not a problem for us, but if you've had no experience with wood flooring it can be disruptive, especially to light sleepers. There was plenty of space for 7 of us. The beds were comfy but the top bunks were a bit creaky and were only supported by wood slats, which put fear in the heart of those who chose to sleep below! May be fine if you have small children. We only watched TV at night so it would've been great to have a sleep timer. If the TV remotes had that option, we had no luck in finding/enabling it. The game room amenities and wooden side-gate to the beautiful backyard could benefit from some upkeep but other than that, everything was as presented. We loved the home and enjoyed our stay. Would we stay again? Definitely!

This property worked out great for us! Super convenient to the theme parks and plenty of room for all of us. The backyard is gorgeous, great for families to gather and relax. We didn't experience any issues, everything was in order and well kept. Would definitely recommend!!

We found this little nugget of a property for our annual Disneyland trip. The house was nice, neighborhood quiet. Best of all was the close proximity to the park. Easy walk! However, if you can no longer walk after a full day in the park, Uber is quick and easy too.

Clean, quiet area right behind Disneyland
The property is spacious for 6-8 people and has an ample gaming room for the garage. Walking to Disneyland is a little challenging as there are no sidewalks in the neighborhood. The check-in process was a little grueling, but after the initial verification, went smoothly.

Property was as described. Clean and stocked with kitchen equipment. Make sure the bedroom vents are open or you'll sweat all night. For some reason they were all closed. A/c otherwise works great. Nice backyard, feels like you have no neighbors. 20 min walk to downtown Disney. The mattresses and pillows are less than desireable but overall a very nice property.

Perfect location, wish I could give it a 5!
The place is the perfect location for Disneyland. We rode our bikes to the backend of the Downtown Disney entrance where there is a bike rack and an easy walk to the monorail. With a kid as young as 6, it was an easy 7 min bike ride. The location is also very quiet. The house has a well stocked kitchen, easily able to accommodate the 7 of us and the variety of meals we made there. Everything worked, which was also nice. The only reason I cannot give it a 5 is due to the maintenance of the place. The main bathroom tub did not drain well (they did fix it with draino after I mentioned it to them), same as the primary bathroom sink. Floors were very dirty, but the rest of the place was clean. The garage had a great playroom, but since there's no ac in there we couldn't play in it as it was high 80s and suffocating. The toilets made you have to flush 2 or 3 times in order to get all of the #2 flushed. Lastly, the bunks were great to sleep lots of people, but the upper mattresses were rock hard and squeaky likely only young kids would be comfortable sleeping on it. Again, wish I could give it a 5 since it overall was an enjoyable stay, but the maintenance and small details really created a number of headaches for this parent.

My husband and I brought 6 teenagers for a grad trip to Disneyland and the beach! The double over double bunk beds were great at fitting all the teens! The living space and kitchen were spacious and great to hang out in. Check in and out were smooth with no problems and communication was good. Our only word of caution would be that it’s pretty far to walk into the parks. We thought with having all older people it would be a cinch to make the walk back and forth but we soon discovered there isn’t an opening close and it’s a LONG walk to get to downtown Disney. My old feet & the teenagers were so tired and hurting by the time we got back from our first day in the parks that we ubered to and from after that. I don’t think little kids would make the walk back and forth everyday very well. Other than that we enjoyed the stay and the house had everything we needed to rest and relax!

Fun Disney Vacation Home
Our family of five had a great time at this vacation rental. The double bunk beds were a hit, as were the table tennis table in the garage. We had all we needed to support us while we were at Disney. The house is around a 30 minute walk to the park gates for us with security. It is under a $20 uber ride to the ride drop by the DT Disney security check as well. The neighbour's property is a little interesting but they were quiet and we were not disturbed in anyway. We did watch the fire works one day from the street in front of the home. They are partially obstructed but you could see most of them. All in all a great spot to rest and get ready for another day at the parks!

Very disappointed, as house was NOT as described.
Front door is "Not Secure" as I have video showing hand can be put thru mail opening on outside of door. Kids playhouse has many loose & missing boards that is a safety issue for kids that must be fixed. Whole floor creaks everywhere that wakes people up if walked on. Many drawers in living room & bedrooms have very loose/wobbly knobs. Patio chairs are so old and Frayed someone may soon fall thru. Bedroom vents had to be all closed as bedrooms were all freezing cold, and we had NO way to change the temperature. Neighbors to the right side were loud, and we had several cats try to come in house and on property. Also towels there were not enough large Towels for adults, as there were 2-normal towels, and all other towels were very very thin and were useless to use. Also there was NO caulking around sinks, and tub. Main toilet was also not straight and leaned. Very disappointing.

Great Place to Stay!
This was so much better that getting multiple hotel rooms. They have everything we needed, and we could all be together. We loved the ping pong and air hockey tables in the garage and the nice covered dining area on the back deck. It's close enough to Disneyland to walk or a very short Uber ride away.

The house is very nice, has a nice back yard. Kids loved the games in the garage. It’s a good location to Disneyland. However, it could have been cleaner and needs some updating. So if you’re just using it to sleep in that’s fine. Shower heads were dirty kind of gross. The first shower did not drain and the sink didn’t drain either. The outdoor play set is dirty and that slide needs some bolts and screws fixed as it’s not very safe. I think the air didn’t turn on for the air hockey table. Rooms were nice. Floor boards were creaky and very loud as other reviews had said. Overall fit its purpose. Staff was friendly and let us check in early.

Perfect Disneyland Stay
This house was perfect for my family of 6. Had a great space for our kids to play as well as chill after a couple long days. The proximity to Disneyland makes it a perfect place to stay for a Disney vacation if you don’t want to stay in a hotel. Will definitely be back!😁

Amazing Location!
Great value property. If you plan on spending most of your time at Disney this is an ideal location from the park. Nothing fancy but definitely did the job. Floors are very squeaky, but wasn’t a problem for us. Would definitely go back.
