Disney stay
Posted Nov. 15, 2024 on HomeAwayWe loved the house and location. The check in process is way more difficult than a normal vrbo stay. You have to fill out extensive paperwork and confirm identities of all staying in the home. We are renting a home for a couple days….not buying it.

Great house close to Disneyland
Posted Nov. 15, 2024 on HomeAwayWe stayed at Destination #30 with family for a Disneyland trip and it was perfect. The rental company with very communicative and responded quickly with the few questions I had. The property was is close enough to walk to the park if you wanted to get a few more steps in for the day. It was also close to stores and restaurants. The house was stocked with all the basics you would need while there. The kids loved to pool and the game room. There were also multiple stroller options to use (including two double strollers). This is definitely a property we would stay at again in the future.

Our Disney Vacation
Posted Nov. 13, 2024 on HomeAwayI would say that over all the location was pretty good. There were just a few things to mention. On the inside, the home was great except that the drain in the 2nd bathroom didn't drain and we had to call you twice to have someone come out and take care of it. The first person who came used Draino, and that didn't work. The second time I guess they had to call in a plumber. That seemed to work. The other issue was that the outdoor play area in the backyard was very dirty, water pooling at the bottom of the slide, lots of spider webs and the over all equipment needed a good cleaning. Sadly my grandson was never able to use it. I know someone came out to clean it, but when I took a look at it the next day, there were still spider webs and dirt on the slide and parts of the jungle gym. I will say that they did come out on a timely manner. The neighborhood was for the most part quiet, except on Friday night, the neighbors kitty corner to us were having a party that ended around midnight. Other than that we were extremely happy.

Clean, Calm and Close!
Posted Oct. 19, 2024 on HomeAwayThis property was a great find! The home was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and the short walking distance to Disney was perfect. The wood flooring is creaky, which was not a problem for us, but if you've had no experience with wood flooring it can be disruptive, especially to light sleepers.
There was plenty of space for 7 of us. The beds were comfy but the top bunks were a bit creaky and were only supported by wood slats, which put fear in the heart of those who chose to sleep below! May be fine if you have small children.
We only watched TV at night so it would've been great to have a sleep timer. If the TV remotes had that option, we had no luck in finding/enabling it. The game room amenities and wooden side-gate to the beautiful backyard could benefit from some upkeep but other than that, everything was as presented.
We loved the home and enjoyed our stay. Would we stay again? Definitely!

Great Stay
Posted Oct. 17, 2024 on HomeAwayThis property worked out great for us! Super convenient to the theme parks and plenty of room for all of us. The backyard is gorgeous, great for families to gather and relax. We didn't experience any issues, everything was in order and well kept. Would definitely recommend!!

Convenient

Quaint and conveniente
Posted Sep. 21, 2024 on HomeAwayWe found this little nugget of a property for our annual Disneyland trip. The house was nice, neighborhood quiet. Best of all was the close proximity to the park. Easy walk! However, if you can no longer walk after a full day in the park, Uber is quick and easy too.

Great value for Disney area

The home was delightful and for our family it was perfect; far better than renting three hotel rooms which was the alternative. Nice to gather together in the evenings, prepare food, and play with the grandkids.

Fully stocked kitchen so we were able to prepare our own meals.
If we had any questions, they were answered by text within minutes!!!
