The staff are lovely and the rooms are big enough for 8!! 4 kids and 4 adults. Breakfast was good everyday. And the pool and sports made it even more fun for tje kids.

Nice hotel, but noisy
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We put in a request for extra towels when we originally booked, as we always do, and this was the only hotel that actually acknowledged the message! My biggest complaint was the noise. The walls are very thin and I could hear people walking around upstairs and could hear the people next to us talking, and it was just normal conversation, not like they were yelling or talking loudly. The breakfast was nice, although it was VERY crowded. Rooms need to be updated or at least have the carpets cleaned. Overall a nice stay though.

Nice location, good for families. Very close to Disneyland. Friendly staff. Old buildings but pretty fresh paint. Beds a little uncomfortable for bigger people. Overall good place for families going to Disneyland.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Our stroller was stolen on hotel property and the staff didn't care or do anything about it at all. This put such a horrible taste in my mouth. They could have knocked off one or two nights of the resort fee, really anything and I would have been happy. The pool is small and dirty. The rooms are like a bat cave, small , and disgusting. The room had a horrible smell and the carpet was probably from 1955. The FEW products they had in the rooms like the bathrooms were absolutely horrific and made my skin and hair actually feel worse after. No dish soup in the kitchen when we arrived, so I am not sure if I was supposed to bring that in my bag on the plane from Canada ? The rooms are paper thin, we had guests right above us stomping around at 6 am so loudly the windows were vibrating. I hardly slept. it was not a vacation at all staying here . The only saving grace is that my two small kids liked the hotel. But for the price that value of this hotel is HORRIBLE. I will never stay here or tell anyone to stay here.
