I highly recommend staying here if you have children. There’s so much for them to do in the backyard and the owner supplies many items like strollers, high chairs, etc. The house is clean and perfect for large groups too.

This is a very cozy & sweet house with 3 bedrooms, lots of sleeping areas, all the home essentials and the most charming yard for kids with a lot of toys and play structures to keep the little kids busy and entertained! Our family had an amazing time during the stay...the children played in the yard while we enjoyed the swing chair and BBQ :) The best part of it all was the host..Judy is the most amazing host. From the time we booked the trip to the time we left, she kept in touch to make sure our stay was comfortable and was extremely responsive to all our needs and questions. If you have kids and need a getaway to just relax and have fun time with family, this is house is ideal! Thank you Judy for making our stay memorable and special :)

Suited our needs
The house was a little older but there were some nice upgrades. It was clean and comfortable and we felt safe in the area. The beds were layed out different than what the pictures showed but it worked out better for us. One queen bed and a bunk bed were behind a curtain in the living area but it didn't feel crowded. It gave our group the extra sleeping space they wanted. The huge island with chairs in the kitchen was great and the kids loved the pool table. The mattresses were mostly foam which isn't the most comfortable to sleep on but for only a week it was ok. The cleaning supplies were low so we couldn't keep it up as well as we would have liked to (swiffer pads). We also purchased boxes of tissues and air freshener for the bathrooms. It would have been nice to have those there. There were lots of other amenities there though so I can't really complain. Overall the house suited our needs for our group of nine and we didn't feel crowded at all. It was very close to Disneyland which was great. Judy was good to work with and very responsive when we needed to communicate with her. We would stay there again.

Excellent location for Disney. Great house. Judy is excellent. The house has everything required for any type of stay. Nothing is far from the house. Quiet, clean and safe. Grapefruit tree and lemon bush in the yard. Great for kids. Will stay again for sure.

We didn’t get to go on our vacation.... three kiddos with the flu ruined our vacation plans. But prior to going the owner answered all of our questions very quickly, was very polite and professional and easy to work with. So while we can’t rate on the house, I would recommend working with this owner :)

Comfort and convenience
First of all, Judy was fantastic! She was so sweet and easy to work with, and met us right on time to let us in to the property and show us around the house. The house was perfect for our friend's weekend in LA. We only had 5 people, but the house could accommodate many more. The location is very convenient. It's close to the freeway and just a short drive to Disneyland. We didn't use the spa, but it was clean and inviting. The yard is well stocked with toys for the kids. The master bedroom bed was incredibly comfy! We will definitely consider coming back with the family for our next trip to Disneyland or LA. Thanks, Judy!

Nice and Clean...
The place is nice and clean and then neighbor is quite. Judy is really going out of her ways to make us feel at home. My wife is a clean freak so we left the place spotless. All the cleaning crew has to do is to do the laundry and that is about it.  Will recommend to all my FB friends.

Fantastic property in a nice quiet location and really rot our needs well. The kitchen was awesome!
Having decided to base ourselves in Anaheim for 10 days while visiting from Australia we were looking for a reasonably priced option as we were a group of 3 families totaling 11 people. Great Fit for Family Vacations!!! Clean and spotless with minor updates needed.
We had been planning our trip to Anaheim for a year. For three families, this was a much cheaper option than finding accommodations on site at Disneyland! In all we had ten people (four children and six adults) comfortably stay at Judy's home for a week. It was a great fit! The house was exceptionally clean and had plenty of room. The back deck was nice for an evening dinner or early breakfast. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and close to Disneyland/California Adventure. Judy was always prompt and helpful with her answers to questions. Judy had a in person walk through with us when we arrived and we felt welcomed and cared for. She was also available during our stay via call/text if we needed her. Previous tenants left behind a few items, keurig cups, toilet paper, paper towels, non-perishable snacks, etc. However the refrigerator and freezer were spotless and completely empty when we came. The neighbors are friendly. Overall the vacation was a success!! Things found helpful when we got there: 1. The "free parking" is only an amount refunded to you, not free parking vouchers. 2. The bunkbed room is within the living room and is separated by a privacy curtain. If you like to watch TV after the kids have gone to bed, you still can watch TV in the kitchen. 3. The bedroom with the two full size beds are actually futons. 4. There is only closet space to put your clothing, no dressers, and not enough hangers so some guests will be living out of suitcases. 5. There are a few cleaning items, a broom, dust mop, dish rag, dish soap and dishwasher tablets, but that was it. Suggestion: please provide a plunger and disinfecting wipes for the household. 6. One of the umbrellas on the back deck is a beach umbrella! 7. The master bedroom must have been just re-finished because one of the lamps still had the tag on it and the other had no light bulb. 8. The pots and pans need to be replaced. They had a lot of wear and tear on them and some were starting to fall apart. We still used them. 9. The cooking utensils need to be replaced and/or inventoried. We couldn't find a spatula and ended up using tongs. 10. The garage was converted into a bedroom which is used with 11+ guests. It's really nice. 11. A contractor is hired to take out the trash to the curb on trash day. 12. The Jacuzzi is heavenly after a long day. 13. Use Yelp to help you find local restaurants. 14. Use WAZE to help you find your way around town. Thanks Judy we will be back!

Great Place to Stay and Play
First off - I would like to say that anyone looking to rent a house near the main attractions of Anaheim will NOT find a nicer person to rent from than Judy! I have rented several times through VRBO and have never been treated as kindly as I was by Judy! The backyard was fantastic! So much seating and lots of well maintained kids play structures. I liked that there was no pool to take up the whole yard since my 2 grandkids needed to run and play and dig in the sand and ride on the play cars! The spa felt amazing after a long day at the parks. Clean , clean clean! This is a very clean place. We didn't have any surprise buggy guests here like I have in other rentals. Lots of parking, quiet cul de sac. People have mentioned the room situation already - how the 4th bedroom is a curtained off section of the main living room area - this was NO problem for my group. Just know that going in.

What an awesome place to stay with the kids!
Wow, what a fun place to stay! First, Judy was so gracious and kind in helping us plan our trip and getting the house ready. The house itself was perfect for my wife and I, our 3 young kids and our Au Pair to stay very comfortably. Our favorite aspect was the back yard, loaded with seating, well kept turf, swings, play structures, a BBQ, an outdoor fire pit, a sandbox and all sorts of fun toys and things for the kids -- endless fun in the sun for all! The house was very clean and spacious with great beds, a nice kitchen, good TVs, and a pool table. We were close to disneyland, too, which we took advantage of many times. We really can't think of a better place to vacation and are so grateful to Judy and Robert for helping make our trip so much fun! We'll be back soon!

Great location, great home, great service.
Everything worked out great and the home slept plenty of people which made it very affordable for a family Disney trip. There were a few cons: -this a 3 bedroom home with a curtain separating the main living room. It was presented as an additional room. -free parking at Disney was a $30 discount off of rent. Parking at Disney is $18 per day. We stayed for 5 days, this should have been a $90 discount, not $30--again, misleading -none of the rooms have dressers or enough/ample storage for clothes. The closets have no build-ins or anything to put your luggage on (you will be living out of your suite case on the ground for your stay) I still gave the home 4 stars because of the price, great location for Disney and excellent responsive service from Judy. The home is well *marketed* when you compare the ad to what you actually get.
