Been there 7 days. Everything time they did the room there were something missing. Tows , toilet paper, glass, Kleenex, coffee. We had to call everytime.

Excellent hôtel pour voyage familiale à Disney
Publié le 4 août 2023 sur HotelsTrès bel hôtel à 20 minutes de marches de Disney. Belle piscine avec jeux d’eau, grande chambre avec beaucoup d’espace parfait pour voyage en famille. Pas très loin (45 min à 60 min) de Los Angeles aussi pour visiter le centre ville et les plages

It was very clean and the staff were very accommodating and nice. The pools and the bar area were wonderful.

L’Établissement a refusé de me rembourser la première nuit alors que nous sommes arrivés un jour plus tard que prévu à cause de vols annulés et retardés.

My main concern was one of the beds was not appropriately cleaned, check-in day. The bed had multiple strands of hair. I just decided not to use the bed, did not let management know.

Great hotel.
Close to disney and can access through ART bus for $6 a day straight from the lobby.
