Great location and layout for our family Disney vacation!
Publié le 19 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt's about a 20-25 min walk (with double stroller and grandparents) to Downtown Disney. Then about 10 min through to the park gates. We mainly walked about 5-6 min to the ART bus stop, and rode that right to the gates. I requested confirmation ahead of time that there were strollers available, so we really enjoyed not having to fly with ours. That said, the side-by-side double stroller was broken, but they also had an in line double stroller that worked. We really loved that each room has it's own bathroom, with the exception of one king room and one bunk room that share a jack and jill. We used these rooms for ourselves and our kids, which was perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the garage fridge/freezer was great since we did almost all our meals there. We used instacart and had groceries delivered from Costco and Ralphs just after our arrival.
Issues we had were the cleanliness of the floors, hot tub stopped working after 1st night, broken back door alarm, a broken curtain rod, a broken shower faucet, and most of the blinds were broken and won't go up. Walking around the dirty floors made our socks/bare feet brown. We notified the manager about the door alarm and the hot tub (worked 1st night, then stopped), and both were fixed the following day. The other issues didn't bother us much, so we didn't mention. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The place just needs a good mopping, some repairs, and a thorough check that everything is working.

Disney trip
Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house had lots of room for our family of 10. It was great having so many bathrooms, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would say it is on the extreme edge of being walkable to Disneyland....even for the younger adults in our group. However, it was quick and easy to get an UBER and a 10 minute ride to the park. A couple of suggestions to make guests' stay easier: hooks in bathrooms for towels/clothes, kleenex, nightlights. Loved the Bellhopt food delivery service--we ordered ahead and all our food was there upon arrival!

Disney run / family vacation

Close enough to Disneyland to walk, but the number of little ones and the unusually hot September weather (107 yesterday) deterred us from walking other than a couple of days. Having 4 master suites was fantastic and the crew enjoyed the pool and spa. Check in / out was seamless. Communication with the host was very easy with quick responses. We extended check out for the kids to get some pool time before our late afternoon flight. We highly recommend this property

Great spot for families visiting Disney!
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved staying at this home! We thought it was perfect to bring our group together at the start and end of days. The only knock would be the alarm for the door to the pool was a little over the top and woke up our infants a few times at the start.

Accommodatie goed, schoon zeer slecht
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWij hebben een goed verblijf gehad in LA, de omgeving was perfect. Het huis viel tegen, omdat je nooit met 12 personen bij het zwembad kan zitten, laat staan buiten eten. Binnen is het huis geschikt voor zoveel personen, maar buiten zeker niet. En het huis was/ is erg vies. Zelf dweil aangeschaft en wasrek. Er stond alleen een bezem, heb toch gevraagd om een srofzuiger en goede dweil . Dat werd snel geregeld, dat vond ik positief.

Family Vacation
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy brothers and I brought our families here to hang out for a week. We walked to Disney ( about a 30 min walk) and also drove to Universal Studios. The kids loved the pool. It was clean and comfortable. We were able to have dinner delivered to the house every night. We visited Newport and Huntington Beach ( about 40 min drives). We had 3 cars and they all fit in the driveway. You maybe could fit 4 if one was little. The pool has a lock and alarm on both doors leading out so we definitely had piece of mind with the little kids. We will definitely stay again!
