About the Location
This Disneyland condo is situated less than 10 minutes’ walk from the entrance to the Disneyland Resort, with the delightful shops and restaurants of Downtown Disney in between. Walk to the free Disney tram that drops you off at the Disneyland and California Adventure entrances. Also, the Downtown Disney Monorail Station offers convenient transportation directly into the Tomorrowland area of Disneyland Park bypassing long lines at the main gates.

About the Home
This Disneyland rental home is 100% brand new inside! Completely remodeled 2015, it has new hardwood/tile floors throughout, new paint, new kitchen cabinets, new granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, new bathrooms, and all brand new furniture. Stocked with everything that will make your stay comfortable and easy, we have gone above and beyond, sparing no expense, to make your stay outstanding while offering the best value for your money.

Bedrooms and Sleeping Accommodations
The master bedroom suite features a California King size bed, full size futon, walk in closet and a 49 inch LED Smart TV.

The second bedroom boasts a Twin over Full bunk bed with Trundle pullout, and a 40 inch LED Smart TV with DVD player.

The living room features a Queen sized Sofa pullout bed, a 65 inch LED Smart TV and Blu-ray player.

The condo also has a queen sized air mattress.

While you’re here at the best of Disneyland rental homes, be sure to enjoy the swimming pools and hot tub. Relax, refresh and rejuvenate at our 3 resort-style pools, an 80' lap pool, a large recreation pool, and a kid pool. Soak in the hot tub after a long day at the parks. Two large playgrounds provide a safe way for kids to spend any extra energy.

Depending on the season, on certain nights you can even create a special memory for your family by walking to the grassy park for a prime view of the Disneyland fireworks display!

Great location, clean and comfortable!
The condo was a 20 min walk to downtown Disney, we enjoyed the ease of getting into and out of the Disney parks! The house was very clean, fresh scented linens and comfortable beds. It was nice to have a garage to park in as well! The owner was quick to respond to any questions and we would recommend any family stay at this condo!

Look no further!
This is place is the Disneyland hookup. Absolutely perfect in every way for families and groups. The unit is roomy and extremely well maintained. The owner has thought of everything. It is about a 10-min walk to the Downtown Disney entrance and then about another 10 minutes through Downtown Disney to the park entrance. You won’t find anything any better or any closer. Don’t think about it. If you’re taking the family to Disney book this place.

Perfect Disney spot to stay
Perfect spot to stay for a Disney family trip! Easy 1/2 mile walk to downtown disney. Had everything we needed and more! Bunk room had a trundle bed so our 3 boys slept comfortably. Has everything you need if you have infant/toddlers too. Beach toys and towels were handy for our day at the beach. We will def be coming back to stay.

Great stay and location!
We had a great stay and was so happy with the location. Super easy to walk to Disneyland (we caught the tram at the parking garage across the street) and head home for the afternoon on days we needed to rest. The space was very clean and well stocked. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed and we were grateful for the AC! Would definitely recommend to anyone visting and hope to stay again when we head back that way!

It all about Disneyland
The proximity of this part to Disneyland is sensational. A short walk through the car park and you can catch the trolley directly into Disneyland park. Everything was perfect except we did arrange an early again, but that went awry as the codes we were supplied did not work. Eventually contacted the manager, Sarah, who put us on the right track.

Place is just as nice as listed. The location was amazing and super convenient for visiting Disney! Our only issue was we never received directions to the place other than the address which made for a very confusing check in. Very Clean
This is definitely one of the nicer rentals we have stayed at! Everything was as expected and within minutes you could walk to Downtown Disney. The garage fit the mini van we rented, although the space was quite narrow. An alternate outdoor spot was available as well if needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Overall good stay
The inside was very neat. Lots of information about the area as well. The property is centrally located in the complex near pool but still easy to walk over to Downtown Disney area. During our stay the building was undergoing work which we did not know about ahead of time. Due to the work the patio was sealed off and the porch had no light. Otherwise though all went very smooth and we enjoyed our stay.

This is a great option if you don’t want to stay at a Disney hotel. Easy walk to the Disney Parking garage with shuttles to take you to the parks. Very clean, host was very attentive & quick to respond. Pools were nice. Beds comfortable. Kitchen already stocked with coffee & some snack packs. We had a great stay!

Easy Walk to Disneyland with Room to Spread Out
We chose the property based on its close proximity to the Disneyland parks. It was an easy walk to Downtown Disney and the parks and a quiet neighborhood (other than the park fireworks!). The unit was clean and well-stocked with kitchen and paper supplies. The only issue we had is they were doing some exterior construction during the day, which we were not told about in advance, but it did not really affect us as we did not spend a lot of daytime hours there. Parking garage is tight if you have a larger car but manageable with most typical sizes. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Best VRBO
I have stayed in so many VRBOs. This is the best one, hands down. It’s so clean it shines. There is plenty of space — which is a big deal for our family of five with three big teenage boys. The beds are so comfortable and every detail is provided for. We loved walking to Disneyland the “back way” with short security lines and a stroll through Downtown Disney. Super Cute Condo, Super Close to Disneyland
This condo is really cute and the owner has thought of everything a family could ever need. The beds and pillows are comfortable and there are nice touches - like ceiling fans with remotes, televisions in each room, charging stations for your electronics. The whole family loved our time there and will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this location! The space had everything we needed and it made our family vacation very enjoyable. We utilized a double stroller for our two youngest kids at Disneyland and it worked out great! We will absolutely look to stay here again on our next family trip to Disneyland.

Great Disneyland Getaway
Communication with host was fantastic. We knew exactly where to go and was easily able to navigate a community that could be confusing without context. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotless when we came in. The kids (5 & 2) loved the second bedroom which had a great bunk bed setup and TV they thoroughly enjoyed. Location was great for the purpose of our stay, three days bouncing between the Disney parks. You're right across the street from the Disney parking lot that has the tram you can take over but the walk to Downtown Disney isn't too daunting. Would definitely stay again!

We had an excellent stay at this condo. Sara had everything that we needed, well stocked kitchen, large dining table, lots of towels, and little extras like games and umbrellas. We loved our stay. We could see the fireworks from right outside the condo. Only draw back was the pool was not heated. Beds were super comfy and we loved all the space the condo provided for our family of 6. We didn't end up walking to the Disney parks but it was a 5 min drive. Will definitely stay again!
