Overbooked!
Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HotelsI was called 1 day before we were supposed to leave for our Disneyland trip to be told that the "Hotel overbook" and that we needed to find another hotel. We booked this hotel in January. There is no reason we should have been moved and we should have been given more time to prepare. Luckily expedia was great and helped us find a new hotel but talk about a stressful situation!

Great price for a comfy 2 bed, 2 bath, close to Disney. Did not like how pushy the staff member was at check in, trying to get me to go to a timeshare presentation. Had to change my tone when she wouldn't take no for an answer.

We loved the clean and spacious room and the resort feel of the property! Access too the Disney parking tram made security and transportation to the park a breeze!
