They gave our room to someone else because the reservation from expedia ended up in their junkfolder. The one we got instead was bigger but in a bad condition. At first they wanted to send us away and didnt believe we had reservation. While the manager was kind of rude her assistent was very friendly an helpful. We could shorten our stay from two to one night without a problem.
