The hotel is beautiful, clean pool and facility But the bed was uncomfortable, there was a clock alarm that was broken and the alarm wouldn't stop. There was no cable service. The sink have mold. I love to stay there is not my first time but thwre qas some stuff that i didn't like at all.

I had a nice stay at this place, it was comfortable and the room was clean. The beach was located in the back but it was small area to lounge but the pool was nice with great view

We liked the pool. The food options were great and delicious (breakfast, lunch and dinner above average). The room was spacious. The desk and the shelves in the bathroom were rather small. The mirror in the bathroom was small and hanging low (I’m 6 ft and could barely see my shoulders).

Location was really good, a lot of restaurants close by. The room was nice, but had a couple stuff broken. Fridge wasn't working good and we were always turned it back on because of my husband insulin. Besides that everything was really nice.

We had a great time during our stay. The staff was excellent, the room had a balcony with a great view of the beach, and quite close to some really good chinchorros (good/drinks/beer) This is place is excellent for folks looking to decompress.

Awesom staff they was amazing!!!!! But the amenities was closed due to slow season! I understand completely but still would like to have been told before booking! Property was kept up! Staff was all smiling and friendly! Beautiful scenery, Rooms were clean and up to date!! I give it a 8/10 only reason not 10 cause bars was closed at property

Luis at the bar in the lobby was amazing. He was very attentive and took amazing care of us. I was disappointed when we checked in. We had to wait 15 minutes because there was no one at the desk to assist us. There was no place to sit as there was a welcome party happening that was extremely loud. Loved the pool - great renovation done on it.
