Property was just as described. The house was very clean and such a plus to have access to a washer and dryer! Good location, about 5-10 min drive to downtown. Enjoyed our stay so much. Would definitely book again!!!

Awesome Anchorage Stay!
Wade and Abby’s place is really nice and cozy. They keep it well cleaned and feels really homelike. I had the opportunity to meet him in passing while I was outside and he was coming from work I believe. It was a nice chance to meet and talk with him.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood which is convenient to restaurants and shops. The apartment is very comfy, nicely decorated and feels like home. It's a great place to stay in Anchorage.

Very clean and comfortable with all you may need during your stay. Loved the Keurig with assorted coffees and ice in the ice trays. Also soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower and large towels. The off street parking is great! Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable
This was a very pleasant place to stay, conveniently located. Very quiet at night. Our only caveat is a minor one. The hosts live upstairs from the guest area, and there is a locked staircase joining the 2 sections of the house. When the owners are upstairs (in whatever room is at the top of the stairs) and are visiting with each other or talking on the phone, we could hear every word while sitting in the living room of our area. We can only assume they would be able to hear everything we said in return. This wasn't a huge deal, since they never kept up conversations late in the evening or early in the morning, but it might be an issue for some guests. All in all, the positives greatly outweighed this one minor negative.

Perfect Location & Safe Neighborhood
Finding a place in midtown Anchorage can be tricky because of the rise in homelessness. This place is perfect…clean, felt safe, & owner is friendly, client oriented. Will recommend and would be happy to stay again. My app on phone had troubles reserving but owner returned my message and assisted in helping me reserve the place. Customer service 5 stars. Thank you.

Great little place
This was a lovely little place to stay, clean and homey. The host was very prompt at answering the questions we had and was nice to chat with when we got to meet him. We would highly recommend Abby's B&B to anyone with a smaller family or group of 3-4. The other huge plus in our opinion is the location, it's only a 5 minute drive to Providence Hospital making it a perfect home away from home if you're traveling to Anchorage for a medical procedure as we were.

Abby's B&B was a perfect home away from home for our 1-week visit to Anchorage. We loved the location and how clean and quiet the property was. The owners were great, very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we needed a place in Anchorage!
