Cartoonish like the Jetsons.

No free coffee in the lobby, no room cleaning for stays less than 7 days. The George Jetson decor looked comical and cheap. They had some air freshener in my room that was probably hip but I thought it stunk. I'd stay away if you're over 30 years old and not a hipster doofus.

We would like to clarify that we do offer complimentary coffee in the lobby until 11 AM daily. We hope you'll have the opportunity to enjoy this service during your next visit.Our property is part of Marriott's Distinctive Brands, designed to provide a unique and modern experience. While our decor may not appeal to everyone, it is intended to offer a fresh and contemporary atmosphere. We understand that preferences vary and will certainly take your comments into consideration.Regarding room cleaning, our policy for stays of less than 7 days is to provide a room refresh every other day. A refresh would consist of the emptying of trash, and amenity/towel replacement. For stays that are 7 days or more we would provide a full clean on the 7th day.We regret that the air freshener in your room was not to your liking. We strive to create a pleasant environment for all our guests and will review this to better accommodate diverse preferences.Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a stay that better meets your expectations.
