Great Cabin

Perfect summer hidaway
Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a great little property location and a great little house tucked away in the woods. It’s walking distance to downtown. The inside was roomy and very well stocked. We had a great time.

Blueberry festival
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay so much wish we could have stayed longer! It was a rainy blueberry festival but the wood stove warmed us up and the beds were so comfortable. The rain on the tin roof put us right to sleep.played some cards and just enjoyed being unplugged!!

PASSING THROUGH
Publié le 30 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayNice kitchen and bed. Did not like the shower and bathroom sink! Very old style shower which was difficult to use and the sink had very little space to lay morning items out to prepare for the day. Location was charming!

Thanks for your review Robert : ) We are sorry you didn't enjoy the clawfoot soaker tub etc. We designed our cabin to give that old time feel and have pictures posted to guide guests so they know what they are reserving when they stay with us. The tub is one of those features that people search for, so am sorry it didn't work for you but we are happy you enjoyed the location.

The cabin was very clean and nice. There were three ring binders with restaurants and activities to do. Easy access to Girdwood, Portage Lake, and Whittier. We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning
Publié le 15 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayStunning cabin in a gorgeous setting. We enjoyed it very much and wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect place in Girdwood and host was so kind and helpful.
Favorites were the wood burning stove and the many windows letting in the lovely surroundings.
Bed was very comfortable and the entire place was perfect.

Hideaway Cabin

Only complaint and very little complaint at that is the bathtub/shower only trickles out the hot water. Takes a very long time to fill up tub or to use for shower. Otherwise, an amazing place to stay.
