Great Option for Anchorage

Convenient Stay

Very comfortable home and convenient location!
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautifully designed and comfortable home for our family. Loft is seriously slanted, so tall kid or adult might bump head, but ours survived. Futon is quite comfortable and a great space for that extra person. We had 7 in the house!
Nicely supplied with lovely bedding and towels.
Great amenity was washer and dryer!

Summer Solstice Stay
Publié le 29 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe 5 of us came up so two of us could participate in the Anchorage Marathon events. This was a great base for 7 days of exploring the area. We journeyed to Wasilla/Palmer, Whittier, Girdwood and all around the Anchorage area.
The property was clean, well kept, and stocked with all we needed. Check-in/check-out were easy, and the owners were friendly and communicative. I would definitely recommend.

Great location, lake view!

The hosts were great communicators and were responsive when we had a fuse issue in the kitchen. They also supplied coffee and tea, left us cold water in the fridge for our late night arrival.
I would recommend having more dishes available (set of 6) for a house that fits 7 people. We ended up getting disposable plates and utensils, as it was easier than doing dishes 2 x day. I also would recommend getting a second non slip mat for the master tub for safety!
Great location! Easy access to everywhere! Would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Anchorage!
