We are ready to host you today! We've instituted additional cleaning procedures to ensure a clean and welcoming apartment for your visit. We've cleaned hard surfaces with anti-bacterial sprays. Soft surfaces, furniture & throw pillows are treated with anti-bacterial fabric sprays.

Located next to popular Westchester Lagoon and The Coastal Trail, this top floor apartment is also minutes from downtown by car, bike, or your feet! If you have a vehicle, you'll have a parking spot reserved just for you. The unit has a private entrance accessed by two flights of exterior stairs.

When you are away from home, we want you to feel welcome and comfortable while you visit our wonderful and adventurous city. We are committed to hosting you and providing a warm and welcoming home, whether you are here for fun, business, or both. Our winter wonderland is a beautiful time to visit Alaska!

Adventure around the city, or relax inside logging in to watch your favorite shows on Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon. With two internet connected TVs (one in the main bedroom), you and your companions have unlimited options.

Our apartment has two bedrooms (now with a queen bed in each as of Oct 2019), a jacuzzi bathtub, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, one full bath and one half bath, and a washer and dryer in the unit. We've stocked our Keurig machine and filled the refrigerator with complimentary bottled water.

This is the first of two rentals that we host in our building. The second one "New remodeled unit next to Downtown at Westchester" opened in December 2019. It was designed and furnished with guests in our minds.

As a born and raised Alaskan, nothing beats the beauty and winter recreation opportunities of Alaska!

You'll have the entire 900 Sq Ft apartment to yourself.

There is a shared deck to relax on while watching the sunset and waterfowl.

There are two flights of exterior stairs to access the apartment.

Located in a four-plex with private off street parking. One assigned parking spot with booking.

This is non-smoking/vaping property. For the comfort of our guests and residents, please do not smoke/vape in the apartment, on the deck, or at the top of the driveway.

The hosts have this two bedroom set up very welcomingly. The kitchen is beautiful and has all the appliances you could need. The hosts also generously stocked it with some coffee pods and a few snacks. I only used the main bedroom, but the bed was comfy, and the room had a convenient connection to the bathroom. There's also a washer and dryer in the unit, which was perfect so I could pack up only clean clothes. Overall, it was a relaxing and cozy space.

Nice Stay in Anchorage
This property was quiet, roomy, and comfortable for our stay in Anchorage. It’s location was perfect for us! Nice, very usable kitchen with everything we needed. The property was clean, yet some furnishings were a bit “tired.” While my husband slept well on the soft mattress, it was uncomfortable on my back. Our son also slept comfortably in the 2nd bedroom. Linens were clean and fresh and the snacks and coffee stocked were appreciated. We never met the owners, but communication through the VRBO app was prompt. Thank you Dan and Christine!

The place is very spacious and comfortable. There is a very large sitting/dining area in the bedrooms are very spacious as well It’s a great location, close to a lot of good restaurants and sightseeing places. Host is also very helpful and responsive. All in all great stay.

Not only was this home beautiful, but the space was also very comfortable. I had to prepare a big meal for a family function. The kitchen space was adequate and the cooking supplies I needed were so handily available. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful, but….
First the wonderful. The Condo was super clean and very well equipped. The location was perfect easy to get down town and several options for walking. Not wonderful. The published description did include that the condo was a three story walk up. However, it was fairly deep in the description. For two people in there upper 70’s with heavy luggage, it was a challenge. I know it is on me for not reading carefully, but I think that fact needs to be more prominent in the description.

The property was as advertised and in a quiet and great location for us. The property owner/manager communicated very well with us and we liked the extra touch of having water in the refrigerator and other amenities as well. I highly recommend this property!

Quiet and comfortable, convenient location
Wonderful vrbo. Very clean and quiet. Great amenities with plenty of towels, snacks and supplies for laundry. Kitchen was well outfitted for for cooking. Stayed there with my adult child and the space was perfect for us with two bedrooms, two bedrooms and laundry in the unit. Location was great too. Next to a walking trails and close to downtown and main roads to easily get to Providence, shopping and museums. Also, no crazy check out/cleaning requirements. Hosts were very responsive to communications and just lovely people. Would love to stay again!

Outstanding stay
Stayed in the condo for eight days third week in August. It is located minutes from downtown, with easy access to the Seward Highway and going north out of the city. Quiet unit, with thoughtfulness throughout. Instant oatmeal, coffee and tea, protein bars and bottled water. Dan was almost instantly responsive, so no worries there. The condo is up two flights, so winter could be a challenge.
