Great. Love the make up remover and Front desk Ángela IS THE BEST <3 Att the woman that sales about the bear spray.

Room was dirty but otherwise okay. nothing major but Hair left in shower, etc. Expedia was horrible for this booking making this a worse stay than it would have been.

Check in was easy, but we were given the wrong room, she did accommodate, but failed to apologize for her mistake. The room was clean and large, but could use new updated storage..we asked for new towels daily, but did not receive them and had to ask for them … housekeeping checked with us on the day we were checking out ….maybe just a better process if they are not going to offer housekeeping everyday ….it is in the older downtown area…which was fine..good souvenir shopping around…breakfast was what you would expect

After further investigation, I was pleased to know that the front desk tried to go above and beyond by getting you the needed room type with two Queen beds at no additional cost.
