One of front office staff gave someone’s room number to pizza delivery guy, should have just called the room to ask the lady to come to front office. This is how people die.

Good Clean Room

Easy access to the airport. The queen beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Good assortment of breakfast items. Large room and staff did get us close to the elevator as we requested. It’s not really close to anything if you are walking, so definitely do door dash or have a car. Felt very safe and in a quite residential area right next to airport. Did not have noise issues either. Would stay here again.

Had an amazing trip! Great food in Anchorage and the Heritage Center is a must see! We had a great stay at Comfort Inn. Friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms and nice options for breakfast. My one and only complaint (and maybe I expect too much) is I thought having an indoor pool in Alaska in what I call the middle of winter, the pool would be heated. I would have taken semi-heated. Nonetheless we didn’t swim but we still had a great stay! Thank you!

I used to stay here a lot when I came into town. It was well maintained & clean. Now it’s not kept up. There’s stains on curtains, rugs & bathroom tub is so dirty.

Last minute booking due to cancelled flights. Front desk staff (both morning and night) were extremely friendly and pleasant. Conveniently close to the airport with a 24/7 shuttle (shuttle driver was also a joy even though it was 4:45am). The actual accommodations are a bit lacking. My room was a little run down and in need of some updating. Fine for a last minute, one night stay, but I wouldn’t plan a vacation stay there. Overall, the staff I experienced deserve 5 stars, the accommodations 3 stars.
