Hôtel malpropre, toilette qui coule, tapis sale. Nous avons été incapable d’accéder à notre chambre car le verrou était brisé.

J’ai dû demander que l’on me donne des draps pour le canapé lit ,elle a refusé de faire le lit donc pour les 2 chambres j ai dû le faire à 319$ us le service est nul, seule une réceptionniste sur 3a été aimable

Staff is good and hotel is good. Clean. Great shower water pressure ! However for it being a hotel near the airport for people having to get up early for traveling it is loud. Noisy people in the next room (not the hotels fault), loud noises outside the room (not planes). Hard to sleep without having to drown out the noises

Luxury price for motel conditions. Stay away
Publié le 27 juin 2024 sur HotelsTerrible value for money. They charge luxury prices ($450/night) for motel conditions. The room was old and outdated, there was a musty smell unless you opened the window, which you could not do because the hotel is on a very busy and noisy highway. Breakfast was also terrible. They couldn’t even get the coffee right. Stay away!

Publié le 26 juin 2024 sur HotelsPrompt pickup and drop off at Airport by courteous and helpful driver, Charlie. Easy check in. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with multiple options - buffet style. We would definitely stay here again.

Good stay and close to airport
