We stayed here as an overnight before our flight out of Anchorage. Unfortunately we had to head to the airport before breakfast, but she left a “to go” breakfast in the fridge for us. I would stay here again.

Wonderful breakfast, loved the private deck from our room, great amenities, and most of all the hosts are extraordinary Alaskans with a memorable life to share. Ask to read Kathryn’s autobiography she wrote for her husband and their 50th anniversary!

So glad you enjoyed your stay with us! The book was a gift to my husband for our 50th Anniversary and it totally surprised him. We had a lot of, "I don't "remember it happening that way". Alaska has been kind to us and we enjoy the beauty here daily. Thank you again for the jelly you gave us! Great getting to visit with you and the guest that day had enjoyed the day and conversation also.

The owners of this air bnb were helpful and kind. We had a very late check in during our first stay at the beginning of our trip and check in was easy and clear. We were even left a delightful breakfast for the next morning as we had an early flight the next morning. We also stayed at Deal’s at the end of our flight which was equally delightful. The owner even did an “emergency” load of laundry for us (we never received our luggage during our 5 day stay on Kodiak but that’s another story..) . We would most definitely return.
