I did not stay it was so bad and Expedia is not working to refund my money. The door to the room would not latch with gaps so big you can clearly see through the door to the hall it smelled of old piss

The hallway smelled like rotten garbage. Our bathroom had hairs in the shower. The bathtub was not available to use cause the faucet was stuck on shower only. Refrigerator was hot. Had to get help to fix it.

Can hear the "jackhammer" but not the TV!

• While having a full-size refrigerator is really nice, when that refrigerator compressor kicked in, wow, while I eventually got used to it, the first couple of nights it felt like a jackhammer going off in the room.
• This is not an issue that affects most people but for me, it's pretty serious. The closed-caption feature on the TV did not work. Not having the captioning to supplement the audio is a major disadvantage for me due to my partial hearing loss.

Our toilet didn't work and they didn't seem to think this was an issue
Several outlets didn't work, nor did the phone. We didn't care, as we weren't going to use it anyway, but as an extended stay hotel, there were no dishes/ utensils/ pots and pans, etc
