Amazing Host - Amazing Stay
Publié le 29 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayTJ was by far the best VRBO host i have dealt with! The place is as good, if not better, than portrayed in the listing. The place was clean, organized and well stocked with essentials. TJ was more than happy to offer help and suggestions. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! It felt like a home away from home!

Disappointed
Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at the property for two nights before our Alaska trip. We had pick this home because it was listed 4 bikes and four helmets free to use. The home was located near bike trails, which we were looking so forward to using while we stayed there the two days, I messaged the owner and asked where the bikes were was told because of insurance issues they are no longer offered. Never has changed it in the listing. Still stating the house came with four bikes and helmets to use. We would’ve never booked the property. Also it took the owner seven hours to respond to me.

Hi Charlene, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: A couple of years ago, we had an issue with a guest and an insurance claim involving the bikes. I asked my management company to update the listing and remove the bike option, but it seems it hasn't been done yet. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns.
