stayed there for 3 days and requested house keeping two days in a row and never got a clean room. they never showed up. the second day they left 3 soaking towels inside the shower tub and never dump the trash cans . i would never stay in that hotels again.

Please accept our apologies, Francisco. We should have better explained our hotel's cleaning policy at check-in. We are happy to service rooms when our guests invite us to do so. However, this request can be scheduled with the front desk team the day before service is needed.. We hope you will reconsider staying with us again and enjoy a better experience at our hotel.

Simple but good breakfast, they did scrambled eggs right (and the sausage, hash browns, waffles, etc were tasty). The gentleman serving breakfast was very friendly and helpful, wish the woman who checked us in were the same or at least somehow friendly (!) The location of this property and the view from the room were crap, overlooking an abandoned business and a rundown house. We will not stay here again.

Nice hotel with great staff. Shuttle service to/from airport is a great plus. Breakfast is lovely. Taxi to downtown anchorage is about $12 and a quick drive. Bed is very comfortable and great shower. Overall, great experience.

This is not a $400 a night hotel. The property is located in a part of town that did not feel very safe to us. It is not as clean as I would expect a room to be at any price, but especially at what was a higher rate even for Anchorage. Check-in was very slow because there was only one person there with many reservations to take care of. Even though it was a 4 person occupancy room, there were only towels and amenities for two people.

We will take steps to ensure rooms are thoroughly inspected before being released for occupancy. We have not had anyone report problems with the area of our hotel. We hope if a guest has concerns, they will let the staff know immediately. Our rates are determined by the hotel's occupancy and peak travel season. Pricing is competitive with similar hotels in Anchorage. We hope you will enjoy safe travels in the future.
