Cozy living room, comfortable beds!

Stay in Anchorage
Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe rental was clean and conveniently located. It could use some TLC and updating. The shower was confusing. I would also recommend having some bottled water and coffee at least for travelers. It was fine for the night.

We do provide coffee. It's in the kitchen cabinet. I wonder what is confusing about the shower? it would also be nice to know what needs to be updated so that we can address it. It has new paint, new flooring, and new light fixtures. The cabinets are not that old wither.

Great property and convenient location
Publié le 24 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe absolutely enjoyed staying here. Very convenient to shopping. This apartment was supplied with anything we needed. Any issues were immediately addressed and dealt with. Very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Above and Beyond!

I am so grateful for early check-in and that when I needed to add an extra night, I was offered the same rate I was paying, even though the listed price was much higher. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it! Thank you so much!!!

Laundry
Publié le 20 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayLaundry room door did not operate correctly. Customer tried multiple times to tell the owners the keys would not unlock it. Through text communications she told me to do everything you shouldn’t have to do to unlock a door and insinuated that I don’t know what I am doing. After all of that she told me she would try to get another tenant to let me in but that was the “best she could do at the moment. When I tried to talk to her on the phone, she cut me off. I told her that I was talking and let please let me finish. She hung up on me. I eventually was able to use the key to get in but almost broke the key off in the lock. There was clearly something wrong with it. In the end I never once received an apology for the way she treated the situation or me. Would have been 5 stars until the last day. Should be 0 stars for how she treated the situation.

This is a ridiculous rendition of this story. This guest told me that he was a contractor and had been installing these locks for 15 years. He couldn't get the key to open the door. I can't imagine hiring this guy as a contractor when he can't get a regular key to unlock a regular door. After this incident I tried to ask the Cleaners if they can identify any "trick" to opening the door that would help me communicate with the guests if they have a problem. I haven't had a guest with a problem before this. We have three Cleaners and I have been on the phone when all three have opened the door with the same key since this incident. I can't figure out any issues since the all got in instantly. I think pull the door closed while you turn the key, I guess, is all I can do. The cleaners couldn't really tell me what they did to get the door open besides just turning the key to the right and turning the door knob to the right to open. They didn't notice anything difficult. I told the guest that I believed him that "he can't open the door with the key" but that I'm sure the key works, and I would try to get someone on the property to open the door for him with his key. He didn't like that. I can't believe this could be a construction contractor. The key continues to work to open the door. The Cleaners use it after every guest and the guests also use it during their stay. What a bummer this guest had such a hard time with the key, especially as a contractor, that he threw such a fit. I tried to help, but he was just not listening.

Publié le 20 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayNice place to stay while I visited my son who lives 2 blocks away. The place looks exactly like pictures. Simple but nice and clean. Close to shopping, airport and highway. Exactly what I needed.
