The staff was fantastic and went out of their way to help. My only complaint was the Very heavy door and no door stopper. We should have asked for one but didn't remember to until we tried to leave with luggage. Otherwise it was a great short stay.

We needed a place to spend the day before our midnight flight from Anchorage. I couldn’t find an available day hotel so I called and enquired. We would be arriving in Anchorage around 11:00 AM hoping to be able to check in early. She said it might be possible but she couldn’t guarantee. They would be able to store our luggage if we couldn’t check in.
Turned out that we could check in. I’d reserved a suite as it was a larger room and there were 7 in our party. They didn’t have any problem with that. With a Walmart close we bought lunch foods. There were 2 queen beds and a sofa which allowed us to lie down, sleep or play on our devices. We could charge them since there were sockets conveniently available.
The hotel doesn’t have shuttles, per se, but they have free transportation to and from the airport in vehicles within 15 minutes of your departure time to the airport. This was very convenient as two of our group needed to leave several hours before the rest of us.
There was a mini fridge and microwave. A large table/desk. Plenty of room for our luggage. Overall a very good place to stay for the 12 hours we were there.

They provided an excellent breakfast. The couch in the room was uncomfortable. Good shower. Volume control on the tv set to low (90 on the volume was barley audible.

Towel rack by bathroom sink fell off.
Otherwise was clean and comfortable.
Should think about fencing your property, when walking to dinner at Moose’s Tooth, we witnessed two people behind the shed in the parking lot having sex, in broad daylight…

Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HotelsLa gran mayoría de las personas que trabajan en el hotel son muy amables, lo que no me gustó es que está en una zona donde hay muchos homeless, y que las cortinas son muy cortas y no oscurecen los cuartos , entra mucho sol y es difícil poder dormir
