Great place with great amenities

Alaska Trip 2024
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were initially concerned when we approached the property due to the cleanup needed on some of the neighboring properties but the Hanging Glacier chalet is tidy inside and out. We stayed in Girdwood for a couple of nights in July while hiking and taking in the sights of the beautiful countryside. This chalet is a clean property within a couple of miles of the hiking trails near Alyeska Resort. A car is necessary if you want to reach the local restaurants and some of the outdoor activities in the area.

Comfy and convenient

Girdwood Getaway
Publié le 31 déc. 2021 sur HomeAwayThe hanging glacier chalet was a nice place and worked well for our family. The location was quiet and good for Girdwood where everything is spread out. The sauna was a big hit-firewood just a bit green.
