No towels at the pool. Never restocked throughout the evening.

It’s an older facility however it is maintained very well. Staff is wonderful

I was told to go make a res on line so I did, went through Expedia. Then went back to hotel the lady workin front desk couldn’t find my res and said they had no rooms left. So I had to go somewhere else. Expedia charged me 299.00 for a room I didn’t get. And has not refunded me that money. And the hotel staff has not helped me at all to get that money back. Very upset about this .

I had booked 2 separate rooms for my brother and me --when we arrived after 3pm (check-in time was 3pm), we were told that only 1 room was available --and that they would come and get us when another one was available. No one came --so we went down at past 5pm --and they were still scrambling. The other issue was there was a huge page of black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. They also didn't include hand soap in the bathroom and two conditioners w/o shampoo. There were stains on the carpet as well. There was a smell to the room and because the hotel sits by the train tracks, we kept hearing the train whistle constantly. It's like they just put a band-aid on all their issues. This place is in need of a big upgrade. It's gross.
