Super acceuil, cocktail de bienvenu. Endroit calme et sympa. MAIS nous avons demandé si les bungalows vue sur mer étaient au même prix que les chambres: réponse positive; nous demandons donc s'il est possible de changer: réponse positive, super! On gagne la vue et l'air conditioné, on perd la télé et l'eau chaude.. jusque là c'est pas grave. Et lors de notre départ on nous demande de payer la différence qui n'avait pas été mentionnée à aucun moment 1890₽ en plus.. sans parler des constantes coupures de courant et du wifi très aléatoire. Les chambres sont propres mais sans plus. Bref je recommande pour la vue et la piscine mais c'est tout.

Would have stayed 6 nights, checked out after 4. Was simply too badly run hotel. + Nice staff - No room cleaning. -The air conditioning was bad and sounded terrible, couldn't sleep .. - No water in the shower and the toilet barely worked. - The food at the hotel was very limited. Could have been a good hotel, but unfortunately it is too much that does not meet expectations.

Thank you for the comment ,I hope next time when ever for next stay pls let us know what you need..We keep on asking if you need housekeeping but you decline,, if you need something to eat..?but unfortunately we didnt get any response, so we thought it was all alright,as you also enjoyed the privacy on the pool we serve you water extra to show we are there ,may,hoping you will find our presence that we are around serving you,,. Yes it happens in Anda, whole that water calamities is at present ,but we find water for you always n stand by, Yes Sad is the shower it can not get on top pressure, ..We can make food extra if in case you request , while its not on La Carte menu .. so as the other Guest did... Sorry if we have not meet your expectation , I should have recommend you to higher rate next door /hotels . ..andThank you ..

Good day as we applied for Expedia as Property membership we already have declared that WIFI is not in private room ...it is Publicl Use . and it is understood that may be there is some time a trouble from the service provider, and to understand Anda is quite end distance from internet connection , but we are lucky to have it connected ..Thank you

Located at a beautiful place. decent room with air condition, but the bathroom was in a lousy condition. No access to WIFI. The staff struggled with getting food orders and bills right. If these issues were fixed, the stay would be a good bargain.

The pool was Dirty long time since they change water. Previus visitors there say same things in previus revius. All dishes in the meny were not possibly to order. At dinner they charge us fore pinapple shakes (all thu that was not possibly to order) We drank pinapple juice, shakes was almost tvice as expenisve. We discoverd it Before we payed. The aircon in ouer room was awful! So loud it sounded we had a truck in ouer room. It did not become special Cold eigther. They said the restaurant open 7 am and it did but they did not start to serve breakfast until 7:30. They had a meny fore brakfast but they did not ask what we wanted they served everyone same dish. Wi-Fi was ok but only in the restaurant ore at the pool not in the rooms!

Thank you for this information, Our swimming pool is not dirty , we put new water in it inspite of dry season, we are lucky to be able to fill up for new water, it was unfortunate time that you were in this days since it needs 1 to 4 days to bring clear water back after treatment.. The price for pineapple juice(long glass is 90.00php& pineapple shake is 150.00 , I should say&recommend if you have check our neighboring resorts' price too..Please check on your Booking info that the wifi is open for ,at public areas not privately,in your rooms. And we are still proud serving our free breakfast with our lowest&cheapest room rates , which the other Resorts do not have, . Please inform us if you have trouble like Aircondition, then you can have choices from us . Thank you Sir / Mam

The beach area is perfect.Pool area is great. The whole area is so relaxing,,definitely coming back next time. The road was disappointing.

Booked 3 days ago with separate booking for separate room... only one room was seen!!! The picture showed in expedia is not the actual room ! Breakfast bread was with molds.

Thank you..I hope you understand your room booked..1 family for 3 pax...1 room for 2pax standard room...Sorry you arrived with more than 10 persons..I thanking you for booking another fam.room. I am sorry I said, the toast bread what We bought has the correct dates, i thought it was all okey..again i said sorry,,date packed was ok & we accept moldspot was seen...automatically we replace asoorted fresh fruits served.. thank you sir/maam..
