Very annoying
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HotelsHad reservations for 4 adults and 2 babies would not give double beds and would not honor reservations mad one couple not stay in room and made us take king bed room not friendly at all will never again stay there period……..

False advertising. There is no breakfast, not even coffee and according to managers, they havent had since Covid. No coffee maker in the room either. I chose this hotel because of this feature to save money on a very costly trip with a large family. Very disappointed! I have to say that the manager is very kind and when we needed anything, he was quick to respond.
