Avis Cute and Cozy. Entire place. 2 rooms 2 bathrooms.

We are pleased the guest thought our 2 rooms 2 full bathroom apartment "was nice and had all the cooking utensils I needed to make Thanksgiving dishes. The beds were very comfortable and the bath towels were big and fluffy". Our answers: 1. "Slow to answer": Four days before arrival day, the guest requested detailed information about check-in. Againstt our "other guests safety policy" we answered that same day. To protect other guests we don't provide that info so early, but to avoid any issues we did anyways. 2. Yes we knew were the lockbox was. The guest requested early check-in at 2 pm rather than 4. We granted the request. Because we had personnel on site, in an act of kindness, to facilitate a smoth check-in at 2 pm, we removed the lockbox. At 1:08 pm we wrote: "Good afternoon Mora. The apartment is ready. You're welcome to check in anytime. Door is unlocked and the key is on top of the kitchen counter. Enjoy with family and friends!" At 1:39 pm the guest answered: "Ok, thank you". 3. In regards to the towels, there were 2 complete sets of towels per room (four sets per apartment) and the cleaning assistants were on site every day to accommodate our guests. 4. In regards to the neighborhood, our 8 units apartment is located in a sixteen-building apartment complex. I refer the reader to our other guests' reviews. It is true that some people are more futunate than others; our neighbors are hard-working, middle class people, trying to be the best citizen they can be. Please, be realistic and thankfully if you find a 2/2 home for $82 to $110 in the current rental market.
