The room needs updating. New carpet, new bathroom. Room smells and feels damp/musty.

They wouldn’t honor your rate and reservations. They alleged that you, Expedia, cancelled it.

My room was filthy upon arrival: debris on the carpet, actual dirt/sand in the tub, and dirty underwear and trash in the drawers. Something had been cleaned I assume because it stunk like cleaning products but I’m not sure what. Unfortunately because check in took so long, and I was on a tight schedule, I didn’t have time to go back down to request a new room so I just threw a towel down in the tub and wore my shoes in the room the whole time. The towels were clearly old and stained. The rest of the hotel was very clearly run down as well.

Everything was damp. Very uncomfortable. Good cheap place to crash for a few hours.
