Some few improvements and it will be perfect.
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsNice and comfortable stay overall. The pool is clean and nice. The gymn is a plus. The breakfast was inconsistent, 2 out of 4 days the food was good, the other 2 days is meh. Need to always have the key cards replaced because it is malfunctioning.

The bed skirts were filthy. Which made me question the cleanliness of the bedding itself. The window was so dirty that the fountain/lagoon view from upstairs wasn’t all that great. Walked through that area on our way to see what was for breakfast and it smelled like septic. The breakfast was not good and there was no silverware. We ended up just grabbing a tiny pastry and heading out.

Room was quiet. Issue check in was 4pm room not ready until 6:30pm. Next day had to go to front desk to get things because housekeeping never got to my room. The soda machines where you pay $2.00 for soda where all empty but u can go to front desk and pay 3.50 for the sofas they have there.
