Good value hotel
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsCommon areas of hotel were newer and well kept. Free breakfast was better than most that we had used in the past. Rooms were generally clean though in need of some updates.

Check in was a mess. Plumbing issue with first room, bad smoke smell in second room and room we stayed in finally had stains everywhere on the floor and got your socks dirty. Some of the staff was really nice (like Miranda and the breakfast lady) which helped to make our stay better..

I think these rooms just need to be updated. The lobby was nice but the elevator and rooms need some updating. Like in the rooms there was no plug in usb or otherwise at the nightstands beside the bed, most of us use cell phones and use them as alarm clocks or just to check things. There were no plugs to be able to do that. Just needs more modernization for today’s lifestyles. Staff was fantastic! You have great people!!

Our air conditioner has gone out and we needed a fast close place to stay for the night. Holiday Inn is our go to hotel.
