THE HISTORY:
Our cottage is a blend of history and charm, much of
it reclaimed from an 1800s farmhouse, built by the town
physician, in Abbeville County, SC, located just 15 minutes
away. From the old farmhouse sink to the beautifully preserved
patina metal walls, the large wooden beams, and tongue-and-groove
ceiling, every detail reflects its rich heritage.

ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS LIVING
At Sacred Creek, we are committed to living as holistically and toxin-free as possible. Most products used in the cottage, including those for cleaning the hot tub, are free from harmful chemicals. We’ve provided non-toxic toiletries for your stay, and we encourage you to use these in keeping with our eco-friendly values.

INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY
As part of your stay, we’ll provide a complimentary half dozen fresh, organically fed, free-range eggs from our very own chickens to enjoy during your visit!
Additionally, your first bundle of firewood for the outdoor fire pit is on us – perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. If you’d like more, extra bundles are available on site for purchase.

Please Note: To maintain our commitment to an environmentally friendly lifestyle, Sacred Creek Farm & Retreat is a smoke-free property – this includes our entire 40-acre grounds. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us protect the land and ensure a clean, fresh environment for all guests.
NO PARTIES We do not allow parties or events on the property without prior permission. Only registered guests specified at booking are permitted. Please let us know if any additional guests will be visiting, if not, this will result in immediate cancellation of your stay. We are protective of who comes on property for our family and animals safety.

PET POLICY: We welcome one well-behaved dog per stay with prior approval and a $200 pet deposit, which must be paid within 24 hours of booking. This deposit will be refunded after a successful home inspection following check-out. Pets must remain on a leash at all times to ensure their safety and the safety of our farm animals.

SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY: Sacred Creek Farm & Retreat is a smoke-free property, indoors and across all 40 acres. Guests who smoke indoors or outdoors or leave cigarette remnants on the property will incur a cleaning fee to restore the space. We appreciate your respect for our commitment to an eco-friendly and clean environment.
