Property was in a good location. Our bed was super comfortable. Rooms were clean. We were told they were not going to make any more coffee at 8:45 in the morning because they made three pots already. That seems a little on professional.

Asked for non-smoking room. Could smell smoke as soon as got in room. No elevator. Staff at check-in was nice.

Check in was nice the desk men were so nice. The room looked great. The stairwell was too dark and dangerous for the vision impaired. The hallways were super hot. There were some shady characters hanging around the hallways and outside. The fridge in our room didn’t work and the temperature knob was broken off. The morning we went to check out no one was available and the continental breakfast wasn’t really available and it was supposed to be ready at 6 am.

It wasn’t a great night of sleep.

I requested a non-smoking room. Didn’t receive it. It looked like there was an attempt to upgrade inside the rooms. New shower and flooring. Furniture was tired, inside drawers was nasty. Fridge and tv didn’t work. Sheets were old, pilled and had hair on them-both beds. Floor was not clean-blue M&M in one corner, crumbs between beds and something was ‘spilled’ and also dry on the floor next to the one bed. Towels were clean! While my room smelled of smoke, and I couldn’t sleep between those sheets….the overwhelming smell of pot kept waking me up from whatever sleep I was trying to get. Hallway carpets are very old.
