C'était parfait, j'aurais aimé par contre que l'hôtel nous donne de meilleurs renseignements sur les parking incitatif et transport en commun pour se rendre à Boston.

I reserved a suite and got a room for handicaps which was horrible and when I informed the girl at the check in that that room wasn't what I reserved and that I was really disappointed, she told me that if I wasn't happy, I could leave the hotel and cancel my room! I paid the same price for that room as I would've paid if I had gotten the suite, the room I had reserved. I've been to that hotel many times over the past few years and never had bad service before this time.The service is not good, my daughter wanted some ice, the girl at check in told her to check in the freezer in our room if she wanted some, there was no ice or ice packs in the freezer. Also, it was very noisy, there was lots of barking dogs in rooms next to ours. Plus the bbq was not really accessible to us since there was a party with hotel workers happening, we felt like we were intruding them when we were about to cook our supper. They had the whole place all to themselves!

La chambre etait assez grande pour toute notre famille. Le deja etait simple mais bien. La balayeise pourrait etre passer plus en profondeur sur les tapis car les allergies resortaient.
