El peor hotel que me he quedado, el baño olia fatal, la habitación no estaba limpia y lo peor de todo es que las sabanas picaban, no pude dormir casi

Star was very nice & polite - fist night at 3 am someone close to our room alarm went off and it wasn’t shut off for 1 hour( hard to sleep) 2nd night our neighbor( our room had an adjoining door) came in after mid note was slamming doors - loud talking - could hear every word of conversation- loud screaming kid in background. That took over 1 hour to get quite then would start back up. 3rd night 2:08 am same neighbor loud slamming doors - loud talking - could hear every word of conversation- called office and told them - office lady wasn’t sure of correct room issue was coming from ( I was half asleep) I told my room number and it had adjoining door. She said she would call. Took awhile for them to quieted down . Upon ck out told front desk person . She told me they should have been kicked out and she would talk to them. The hotel needs updating and major deep cleaning .

Room 316 had a clogged shower. Really dirty shower curtain and the bed sheets were stained with an unknown something. Uncomfortable stay

Stay was Good. Rooms need lots of maintenance i basically Fixed our own stuff. Prices need to match rooms.
