Publié le 20 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayEverything was nice. Once I was in had to turn everything on staff was somewhat helpful but had to bug them a fee times. Safe never worked for me and bed a bit uncomfortable.

Thanks for your feedback. I will check with the staff and make sure the safe is operable...& That they are more responsive next time.
Wish you would have mentioned something about the bed earlier and I could have had the staff take care of that then.
We will certainly take care of it before the next guest arrives.

There was not a person at the property to check me in. I was forced to find another place to stay. I complained to the manager and he said he would get back to me, but that has been 3 weeks. I don't feel that I should have to pay for something that was not provided. I am disappointed that Expedia would represent such a poorly managed property.

Publié le 14 mai 2019 sur HomeAwayRick was a courteous and attentive host. The property is in a quiet location within the bustling hub of Angeles, yet not far from the action of Feilds. Five minutes walk or so to Walking St and seconds to lovely cafes and massage spas. Self-contained flat with all the mod cons.

Great Stay Once Again

Great place, great location has it’s downfalls

The place is great, good location. My only negative things to say about it. $4.83 US a day for water and electricity is a complete ripoff and the place needs a microwave. It’s abit pricey as well. Better staying at Kandi apartments in my opinion.

Hi Kim, sorry for late response to your review of the studio. We're disappointed about your thoughts regarding the electrical usage, however, that is how most of the condo rentals operate in that area. Also, it was stated on the website that you booked with, that electrical usage is an add'l fee. We do hope you may want to consider us again in the future. Also, we do not charge a VAT tax....like others do. Thank you for your concerns. Best Regards, Rick

Absolutely first rate!
Publié le 7 août 2017 sur HomeAwayThe ad doesn't do this place justice. Rick is a superb owner and a class act, and the apartment is far better than any hotel you'd pay triple for. It's damn near perfect--great balcony, kitchen, fast wifi--and close to everything (5 mins walk) without all the noise. I can't recommend it enough! Don't scroll past this, don't look at another ad--THIS is where you want to be!

Excellent Accommodations
Publié le 16 juill. 2017 sur HomeAwayAs the old saying goes, it's all about "location, location, location"!! This apartment was not only modern, but in the perfect location. It was close to the bars and restaurants, the grocery store, the cleaners, but was tucked away from all of the noise. The apartment was clean and spacious, the internet was good, and the staff was very accommodating and courteous. I will definitely be renting this place again!!
