The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are alright too. But the location of the hotel is convenient only if the purpose of your trip is to visit the Cartoon Museum, which is around the corner. To get to the old town, where all the monuments, museums, churches, and restaurants are, you have to walk up a steep hill for fifteen minutes.

Great stay at Angoulême.
The hotel islocated in an old abbey but the inside apartments are modern, comfortable and clean. The kitchen and supplies are perfect for a simple meal and breakfast to save money if on a budget. The bathroom was spacious for European standards and the bed very comfortable.

5 nuits passées à l’hôtel. Avons profité de la kitchenette pour qqs repas. Hall de l’hôtel très agréable ainsi que la cour interieure. Bonne offre pour le petit déjeuner. Fontaine à eau à disposition. Personnel charmant à l’accueil. Un seul bémol : le ménage laisse à désirer dans les couloirs d’accès aux chambres.
