Considered one of the best spots in Angra, the house is located on the island of Gipóia, near the famous and trendy Dentist Beach.
Large house, exclusive, very well equipped, very clean and tasteful.

The space

The house is very big, wonderful. 5 of the 6 bedrooms have mezzanines, making it possible to place a sleeping mattress. All rooms have air conditioning.
The dining room is huge and integrated into the tv room, which have 5 sofas. Almost every room has a sea view.
It features a delightful balcony with round tables and 6 chairs each. Perfect for breakfast.
And a lounge space on the side, with an unmissable view.

Guest Access

Annex the house has a barbecue, with a table for 12 people, with a freshwater shower next door.

Interaction with Guests

The homemade couple will be available to take care of cleaning and preparing meals if they wish.

Other Remarks

We also rented (separately) a 42ft Rio Star speedboat.

Paraíso
Casa muito boa, local paradisíaco, funcionários nota 1000. Curtimos muito a temporada na casa. Dentre tantas virtudes, so pontuo 2 inconvenientes: a casa possui apenas 1 suíte, os demais 5 quartos compartilham 2 banheiros. E o outro ponto, o alto custo do estacionamento para deixar o carro, dado que a casa fica na ilha. A proprietária da casa tem 2 vagas na marina sem custos, mas os demais carros pagaram caro para deixar o carro 5 dias no shopping piratas. Talvez por ser Réveillon, importante entender com a proprietária, que na verdade não teve culpa, pois tinha sido a primeira temporada de Réveillon que alugou a casa. Pelo inconveniente ela me bonificou para proxima estadia. Que certamente irei, pois gostamos bastante. Obrigado Anna.
