Nice stay in this hôtel, Little crispations from the staff they look like not used to foreigners!!!! Equipments in rooms need a real refresh, if you call the reception from room they don’t respond, you have to get once more to the reception desk, tv only Turkish programs, nobody tells you about internet connection WiFi until you ask!! The hotel surrounding are commercial center with plenty of good restaurants and shopping too. Good point in this hotel is cleanness, breakfast too plenty of choices.
The bad note is about the staff they are not really used to 5 stars hotel business, they lack professionalism ( in my sens).
Magnetic doors cards are disabled the morning before leaving so if you get out to have your breakfast, you can’t reach the room once more unless you get to the reception in order to activate it.!!!!!!
The hotel is Worth 4 stars.
When you're in a five star Hotel don’t talk about what will cost you this ans that !! You are here to have a nice stay and money is not a problem for you!!
Still nice stay.
