Perfect for what we needed - Clean, functional and Affordable
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were in Ann Arbor for a University of Michigan Campus tour. So, we were looking for something functional and affordable for a two night stay. This condo was perfect. It was super clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. It was about 2 miles from downtown Ann Arbor and 3 miles from campus. Best part - the property manager/owner texted me with all the relevant details a couple days before our arrival, was immediately responsive, and very accomodating to a couple special requests. We will likely be revisiting Ann Arbor frequently and we won't even need to look - just rebook.

Space apartment for a reasonable price

Great place to stay in Ann Arbor
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient, a short drive into town and easy access to highways. The condo is very well stocked with linens and supplies for the kitchen and bath. The beds are comfortable.
I use a wheelchair and was impressed with the accessibility. I had no problem getting into the building or the unit. Inside, there is plenty of space to maneuver. The floors are materials that are easy to roll on. The bathroom has plenty of grab bars as well as open space below the sink so that you can get close enough to use it comfortably. My only suggestion for improving accessibility would be to have a shower chair available. Overall, this place was way better than a lot of the so-called accessible hotel rooms I have stayed in.
I would happily stay here again.
