Room smelled like cigarette smoke and strong lemon cleaner. Construction outside room started very early. Little flies, like fruit flies, all over bathroom sink and mirror,

Room was v clean but it was overpriced for a football weekend/alum reunion esp for what the place is. $200/night, no breakfast, TV remote broken. Place under construction and there seemed to be some weird people around. Lawnmowers and weed whackers started up early, seemed to be before 9am on what is prob one of their busiest weekends of the year.
